We recently had 32 windows and a sliding door installed by Innovative Windows, and I can confidently say the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Taking on a project of this size felt overwhelming at first, but Beau's team made the process smooth, organized, and surprisingly stress-free. Communication was exceptional throughout. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, they kept us informed every step of the way. Any questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly, which gave us a lot of confidence in their work and professionalism. The installation was particularly impressive. The crew was punctual, respectful of our home, and clearly very skilled at what they do. Despite the scale of the project, everything was completed efficiently without sacrificing attention to detail. The quality of the workmanship really shows—each window looks fantastic and performs perfectly. What stood out most, though, was their commitment to customer service. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in delivering a great experience, not just a finished product. Based on our experience with our own home, we look forward to working with Innovative again when it comes to our rental properties. We highly recommend.

I found this business through the neighborhood app. Michael came highly recommended! He came out and was super professional and kind. I felt very comfortable, ordering my glass through him. He was very honest and offered a substantial warranty. He measured all of my other windows that look like they might need glass replacement in the future. Once the glass arrived at the shop, Michael promptly came out and installed it quickly and professionally. I will definitely use them in the future! I was very impressed with the quality of work. So happy I didn’t have to buy all new windows, but could simply replace the glass. Pricing was very fair in today’s market. Thank you for making this challenge so easy for me! 😊
