My experience with window replacement through Pelican Windows was excellent from start to finish. Very professional sales and office representatives. Bob our sales representative was very knowledgeable and helpful with window selection. The installation was smooth and professional. We love our new windows. I highly recommend Pelican Replacement Windows! Bob, the sales representative, came to my home and measured the windows and patio door then explained all my options. He was super helpful and nice! He even met me at the showroom so I could see the different types of privacy glass. The installer’s, Mark and Jerrod, were top notch! They are highly skilled in installing windows and patio doors! They were super nice. The whole process from calling to have someone come to the house to installation was excellent!
We purchased replacement windows from Pelican Glass 10+ years ago. We had had several companies come out and bid on the job, but we were not impressed. Pelican Glass had the best price, and we dealt directly with the owner. At the time we were told that we had a lifetime warranty on the windows for breakage. Well, we recently had to take them up on the offer! Our sliding glass window broke and they replaced it free of charge! Communication was outstanding! I’m so glad that we chose Pelican Glass to replace our windows and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
