I needed an urgent repair done on my elderly mother's home. As I live out of state this felt immensely stressful. Anthony could not have been kinder or more helpful. He provided detailed information so I always knew what was happening and when. The quality of work was outstanding. He replaced a side door, along with the frame and everything that entails. Giving 10+ stars to Gilmore Doors! Anthony was originally scheduled to come out and provide me with a quote, but he was able to fix the issue on the spot—which saved me a ton of time and hassle. He quickly assessed and repaired my door hinge, and now my door closes perfectly again. What really stood out was his honesty. He explained exactly what needed to be fixed and, just as importantly, what didn't need to be replaced. He could have easily recommended replacing the entire door frame or selling me additional services, but instead he gave me the most practical and cost-effective solution. Anthony was punctual, reliable, professional, and clearly knows his craft. Door repair is his specialty, and it shows. Anthony helped us replace the door on the side of our garage and it looks great! We found out that the size of the door was not a standard size and we were told that we have to expand the frame, which would be costly. Anthony took a look and told us he would try his best to find a custom door that fit our dimensions, before going down the changing and expanding the frame route. He reiterated that he wanted to find us the best option without spending an arm and a leg.
