Western glass with the help of Kathleen and Dan helped us from the beginning of our project to the very end. They went above and beyond to make sure our glass was installed on time just in time for the holidays. There was never any question about cost, because of the excellent communication. We have used them three different times over 30 years and every time we have been satisfied.
The 2 workers we had were Dan and Jess, they were very friendly and professional. Jess even came back a day later to finish the lock on the screen door without me have to call and remind them. They are on top of the work they do, even cleaned up after themselves. I don't think I've had service this good post covid.
Western Glass understands customer service! I have been using them for a couple of years now, but recently, I had a mishap with a LoE piece of glass (My fault, not theirs) and they went above and beyond in their endeavor to get me taken care of and back on track.
