I had a problem with my sliding glass doors. When I called Nicolet , they got someone to come out and look at my doors. Mike was phenomenal! He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and explained everything. I felt like he cares about the customer and doesn't try to sell what you don't need or can't afford. I will only go to Nicolet for all of my glass needs from now on! I can't say enough good things about them. UPDATE - I had a new screen for my sliding door installed and maintenance on them done. This time they sent Max. He, too, was professional, honest and incredibly nice. Nicolet Glass is top motch!
