Yesterday I got two rock chips. I called Golden State and they said can you be here in two hours unfortunately I was unable to go but they got me in first thing this morning at 8 AM. I was greeted by Betzy Perez. She was amazing. She explained thoroughly how the process would go. Instructed me that I could contact and file a claim with my State Farm. She handled everything and I was in and out less than 35 minutes. She’s super friendly outgoing and made this experience extremely easy my installer was Eddie Gamboa. He did an excellent job filling both of the rock chips on my front windshield. You can hardly even see that there was a repair needed. Thank you Golden State Eddie & Betsy you guys are amazing. A+ my window looks good as new.
I had a great experience at Golden State Auto Glass and Window tint! My windshield got a crack in it one day, and they got me a replacement asap! The whole process of replacing my windshield took less than a day, and the customer service from Betzy was excellent! Answered any questions I had and explained the entire process to me! Great job!
Excellent place I called my insurance I told them where I wanted to take my 2006 GMC Sierra to this repair shop. They connected me to the shop and I talked to Betsy. She got right on it she told me they had the windshield in stock and could repair it the next day. We dropped off my truck she gave us a ride to the bank and the shopping center while the repair was being done. Once the repair was done she picked us up excellent service.
