I've used Chad's service many times. They do the best work and are way cheaper than stupid Safelite. I have purchased 4 windshields and three side windows over the last few years. I've never had a issue. 90% of the time they have my glass in stock and if they don't they have the very next day. I'm pleased with their service. God forbid I get another broken window but if so I'll definitely call Chad's.
