We brought in 17 Window and 1 sliding glass door screens in for rescreening on 22 October 2024. We were told that it would be a couple weeks to complete the work because there were no "shop staff" working, so field staff would have to do the work as time permitted. After hearing nothing, I called to check on our screens on 8 November, and was told the screens were not ready. The woman I spoke with was very rude when I sought to get some idea of when the screens could be expected. Long story short, we received a call yesterday letting us know that the screens were finished and ready for pick up. I picked them yesterday afternoon and installed them today, only to find many of them with loose fabric, with tabs that are so flimsy they broke while I was installing the screens. One screen was missing about an inch of cord so the fabric pulled out and the tab was released when I installed the screen. I guess the screens were assembled in a smoke-house, as they had a strong odor of smoke. This was a very unpleasant experience, We try to use a local business at a higher cost (~$750) rather than ordering new screens online, endured poor customer service, received terrible product and regret our choice. Buyer beware.

On the first week of November i brought in a sliding bedroom window frame to have the glass replaced on one side. It took them almost a full month to complete it. When I got it home I realized that they had broken the frame to the slider and hid it from me under the plastic wrap so I wouldn't see it. They also reused my old seal on the side I had them replace and left gaps and holes all the way around. THEY RUINED MY WINDOW FRAME. Desperate Denise answered my call and Immediately became rude and went on the defense. These people are extremely rude and unprofessional and they get away with it because they have no competition in town. I urge you read some of these other reviews and take your business a little ways down the hill. Don't waste your time with these slobs

They have always come through for me. Pleasant people to do business with, I've never had any issues. Whenever a window or screen is damaged and I'm in need of replacement, they are usually quite quick and can give me a price right away.
