Not sure what the problem was here. I need a door. I found a door. I am ready to buy said door and provide my information.. 10 days later they can't be bothered to give me a quote. I call, maybe by the end of the week I can give you a quote - I don't need a quote, I'm ready to buy can I just buy it? We're busy. What a waste of my time I could have a door installed by now if I knew they were going to kick the can down the road. Beautiful doors. Not sure if they're for sale..

Had a great experience getting a door that fit our door frame exactly. As a renter, I wanted a temporary door to use in place of the one that our house has so we could use a doggie door. I contacted Juan, popped the door off the hinges, and brought it in for measurements. He had me come back a few days later with the door again and in about 2 hours our custom-fit door was ready with the doggie door we bought ourselves installed and ready to go. Juan and the people at the front desk when I checked out were all very nice and straightforward. I really was impressed by how fast our new door was ready as I figured they would have to order a door. These guys saved me the trouble of figuring out a solution with a door from Home Depot/Lowes that wouldn’t have been fit to the measurements of my existing door frame. I’m glad I thought to give them a shot before I went the Home Depot/Lowes route.

We had a great experience working with Trina Colman. She was knowledgeable about her products and extremely helpful in explaining the different selections. My husband and I initially went to a “big box store” to look at interior doors and couldn’t find anyone to assist us. I told my husband that we are going to Monterey Coast Door and Supply. Once we got there he was like a kid in a candy store!!! Thank you Trina, Vicki and Juan for making our door purchasing such a fun and painless experience.
