I needed a new sliding glass door and contacted Glass Guru. They we're very accommodating and showed up in the evening which was convenient for my schedule. Received the quote at that appointment and went ahead and ordered the sliding glass door that I needed. I accidentally broke a dual pane window at my shop. Called Glass Guru who was able to come next day to measure. Glass arrived a few days later and they were able to accommodate install. John came to our home to look at a sliding door that was becoming increasingly hard to close. He said he would look into finding parts to fix our door and would call us to let us know. Since it was a few weeks that have gone by I called John and asked if he found any parts to help. He never returned the call and just left us with no response or advice.
