My first time visiting this shop. I was in search of Vinyl strips for my windows. I contacted the Merchant for a price. I was quoted by phone (1) 12’ strip $8.50 When I arrived at the shop. Jorge quoted $43.00 each due to markup. I waited nearly 40 minutes Jorge figuring out the markup with his colleagues. Jorge definitely needs more training in order to avoid long wait times.
As a local contractor, I have used them for multiple jobs (windows and shower doors) and have always been impressed. The quality of windows and professionalism of the crew make them a stand out.
I’m so happy with my new windows and patio door. Very quick ordering time til installation. Workman showed up on time were very professional and skilled and neat. Everything was cleaned up and old windows taken away. Great job!
