I have had the privilege of knowing the owner, Keith Perry, for over 13 years. If you are considering a major architectural glazing project for a custom home, Keith and The Window Specialist operate on an entirely different level than anyone else in the industry. A couple years ago, I had gotten some quotes for window replacement, but no one could seem to talk to me about the specifics of how the work would be done, trade offs between this window or that, what we should expect from the whole process --- basically the people that came out could only give a quote for some windows, not explain why, and that was it.
