KJ Replacement Windows & Doors made this project feel a lot less stressful than i expected. We had several older windows that were overdue for replacement and a back door that was getting harder to use. The estimate was clear and the scheduling didnt turn into a mess, which i appreciated right away. once installation started, things moved at a steady pace and i always had a good sense of where things stood. The windows themselves are a huge improvement. they open easily, lock right, and the rooms don't get that drafty feeling anymore. Outside noise dropped more than I thought it would, which has been great. The new door also fits the way it should, solid and smooth instead of needing that extra shove. it just feels like the house works better now, plain and simple.

Had KJ replace our back patio door and a few windows last week. The installers were professional and efficient. They removed the old door, framed it out properly, and had the new sliding door installed in a few hours. It works so much better than the old one, opens smooth and locks tight. Windows look great and you can really tell the difference in noise reduction. They cleaned up all the old materials and left the work area spotless. Price was reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

first call with KJ was easy, lady on the phone actually knew what she was talking about. estimator showed up on time, didnt try to upsell me on stuff i didnt need. waited about three weeks for the windows to come in which is normal i guess. install day they laid down drop cloths everywhere and worked steady through the afternoon. final walkthrough they showed me how the locks work and where the weep holes are
