East Bay Glass

We use East Bay Glass for ALL of our rental properties. Great quality windows, mirrors and shower glass. The office staff is always friendly and responsive.

East bay glass changed one of our windows in our home today. Beto and Jose gave excellent customer service and worked safely and quick. The whole process was easy with great communication through text. Im very happy with East Bay Glass.

We use this company in the past and they were great. Very responsive and came out and did great work and I was a very large job, but that was about a year ago. I’m not sure what has happened with the customer service now and maybe they’ve done some turnover. The employees now don’t response for over two months!!! Sad.. Updates are nonexistent. This is bad business Specially when we’ve used the company in the past and had a good experience. We are not really sure what East bay has done with the original staff, but they need to bring them back.
