We needed to replace a patio screen door which had been installed by Newman about 20 years ago. I was impressed that the company still had records of our original order and no one was needed to come out to re measure the door. . At installation time the two technicians texted me with their arrival time and arrived promptly . The installation took about 20 min. After which Aaron and Preston showed me how the new doors mechanism differed from the old one. They thanked us for using Newman Windows again. I was very impressed with their manners

Miguel and Juan handled the installation, and they were excellent throughout the process—communicative, punctual, and professional from the initial arrival update through the completion of the install.
