I run a Garage door service company and I often run into customers with broken glass in thier Garage Doors. With different glass types and sizes customers often tell me they are struggling to find someone to repair it without having to replace the entire top section. Well I had just the customer here recently, a little ol lady up in Murpheys. The fire department had to do a forced entry and asked if we could repair the window they broke. So I had emergency glass. Cut me 2 panes at different sizes just in case. Very reasonably priced. But I had them cut to big. I just stopped by to see if they could resize it for me or cut me a new pane and they did it for.me immediately. And refused to charge me to do so. So long story short, Emergency glass in Modesto is a quality organization, staffed amd ran by Honestamd hardworking folks and I appreciate how quickly amd efficiently they always take care of me. I had an emergency this morning while doing yard work with the weed whacker, and a rock flew up and shattered the entire fixed glass panel of my sliding door frame. I called multiple glass install/repair companies and this company was the only one who could install a new glass panel the same day!!! Great job!!! Thank you

One of their trucks backed into my parked truck in December 2024. I tried and tried to resolve it with the owner but he was too busy to take my calls or return a call. I finally gave up and turned it over to my insurance, 14 months later and my insurance company is still pursuing him and he is still avoiding this.
