Great customer service! I broke a window handle and called to see if they had a replacement. They do stock parts, but because they are strictly wholesale, I had to order it through my dealer. It was a bit of a hassle, but they made it right by offering a manufacturer instant rebate so I didn't have to pay full price. Love the window and really enjoying the bifold door!

We installed high-quality and stylish BasikWall doors and windows in our cabinetry showroom. The bi-folding door (with 5 panes) looks very sleek and is a great product to open up the room to nature. The European-style tilt-and-turn windows give the rooms a refreshing look and added functionality.
