Very good service! Fast repair too! Only thing is the price paid seemed very steep. But its been decades since I had service on a garage door at a previous home. Understand prices today are much more than in the past

This is one of the most active customer service companies I have ever used! I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. They sent me notes and photos of the technician's name, what his truck would look like, and what kind of uniform he would be wearing! This worked to gain my trust. Then the technician, Sebastian Dominguez, called me ahead of time to tell me he would be there in 15 minutes. He was extremely friendly and professional, and started analyzing the problem. He told me what my options were, and there was no sales pressure at all. He patiently waited until I got permission from the homeowner to go ahead. He did the work quickly. Their price was a little above average, but their service, professionalism, procedures, and work quality were well worth it. I would highly recommend this company and especially Sebastian!

Davidson arrived within 30 minutes after the start of the 4 hour window. He was very nice and professional and explained our options. We selected the lifetime warranty option. It only took him 30 minutes to install all new stuff on our residential garage door. It works great again. Don't know if the price was good because everything is so expensive now and he didnt get the opener to work with the door. This was disappointing since my husband and i are not good with things like garage door openers and it was already wired completely so it just needed reprogramming i think, we are still trying to get it programmed. But anyway, for just under $2500 we now have lifetime warranty on labor and parts and we have a 2 spring instead of a one spring garage door. Thank you Davidson and precision door for what you did do.
