Central Valley Shutters and Blinds

If you are reading this, please don't look any further because you have already found the place to go to get your blinds done. Long story short, I found Raul by going through a third-party vendor and I got lucky enough to get Raul to install my blinds. From the outset, Raul was professional, prompt, and knew what he was doing. Having someone who is a complete stranger come into your house and do work can be a weird feeling, but Raul very quickly felt like a friend all while doing an amazing job. If I could do it again, I would have rather gone through Raul in the first place but I know that Raul will be the first place I recommend for family and friends who need blinds/shutter work done. Regardless if you get to meet Raul through a third-party vendor or directly by going through his company, you will understand why he is the place to go and the person you want doing it. I would highly recommend CVSB, Raul is friendly and efficient. Because Raul runs his own business, he takes care of all aspects of the process, which makes communication easy because you only have to speak with one person, he answers the phone or promptly returns calls and e-mails (no messages and phone tab), and is able to take the order and measure your windows in one visit- super easy for me....After the first visit the blinds were ready and installed within 3 weeks. Raul was warm and easy to talk to. As a expectant mother and full time teacher, it was a relief to have such wonderful customer service and have the blinds installed in a timely manner- no hassle. Prior to finding Raul I looked into 3 day blinds and home depot. Their services and prices were inferior. 3 day blinds I had to speak to multiple people and call multiple numbers, the "consultant" did not show up first appointment, and it takes 6-8 weeks and 3 different appointments for the blinds to be fully installed (same product that Raul is offering) In comparison, working with Raul was a relief and superior to these businesses in every aspect from start to finish.
