If I can rate the workers would be better as some are inexperienced. Today Jesus came professionally did a great job id give 5 stars can't say the same for all. Thankfully the service is free. I'd just keep an eye and ask questions as needed. If possible request Jesus he knows what he's doing.

Philip and Nathan did a great job installing a new hot water heater. They were both very professional.

Excellent experience with this company the second time around. A few years back I enrolled into the Pg&E program to get free upgrades to my home and I was not impressed with the quality of the materials they used. It felt like they did the work fast and gave minimal upgrades with very little explanation. I did love that I was able to get a discount on my bill having enrolled in the program. Fast forward 5 yrs. We decided to give this program and bright ideas another shot at doing upgrades. The materials were so much nicer, this time. The light fixtures were actually pretty, the led bulbs really came in handy, we got new showerheads, a tune up on our a/c unit and most importantly a brand new water heater that saved us a lot of money. The communication with the office team and work crew was 100% better and I would highly recommend customers do this asap!
