I recently had the pleasure of working with D_Ann Hernandez from Elite Shutters and Shadings, and I am beyond impressed. D_Ann went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. D_Ann paid attention to every detail, ensuring that the installation was flawless. She truly understands the importance of quality workmanship.

Do not do business with this business. I waited for weeks for them to measure my window, put in the deposit. Called me last minute told me the installer can't show up because he called it off. Not being apologetic at all. Later I found out the lady who called me lied about it, she forgot to put the time on the installer's schedule, instead she put it on someone else. Also refuse to refund me to my original payment method, said check only. Cause so many inconvenience to their customer. If you want to charge premium price, at least show some honesty. Horrible and will never return nor let family/friends order from them.

BEWARE, DO NOT BUY OR DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. They put a mechanics lien on my house and threatening me to foreclose my house. They came and installed shutters at my house. Didn't fullfill as promised, when I tried to reach out to the manager/owner he said he will personally make sure they cost me more money. We are a small family trying to improve our homes and i even refereed my neighbors to them. Im calling the news channel to make a report, hopefully it airs soon. I would give them negative starts if possible. If anyone has any questions, Id be more than happy to share my experience with you.
