After another shop in the Bay Area cut my glass incorrectly, Don's Auto Glass got the sizing exactly right. As a vintage car restorer and builder, I've trusted Don's for custom glass work on roadsters and classic vehicles many times. Their staff is professional, courteous, and their attention to detail is outstanding. Highly recommend well worth the drive from the Bay Area.

I had a appointment at 8:00 AM. showed up 5 minutes early. First car there. It only takes 2 hours to replace the windshield so I figured I'd be back to work by 10:30. At 10:00 they haven't started on my car. Finally at 1:00 they started. Five hours later. I lost a half days pay because they put other cars in front of mine. They said my car was low priority. I will never go back to them or recommend them to anyone.

Don's Mobile Glass replaced my windshield in September but last weekend with the rain, water started pouring INTO my truck. It got into the frame, water everywhere. Supposedly they were open but I couldn't get through to anyone. I had to take my truck to another place to have the windshield reinstalled. Someone from Don's finally called me back a few days later, I told them what the problem was and that I wanted them to reimburse me for the second installation and they said someone would call me back and now they're ghosting me. UPDATE: Chrystyne from DMG saw my review and found me. Apparently procedures were not followed and my complaint was not handled correctly. She apologized for the mistakes in handling my complaint and the incorrect installation and refunded not only the installation, but also the calibration fee which is more than what I was asking for. I was not asked to update my review, but felt it was only fair since they sought me out to make things right.
