Miss the old guy working in receiving department. He use to unload quicker. Been waiting here since 6 am . No one showed up . Drivers cannot even go in the receiving door to handoff paperwork. Lets see how it goes. Future drivers come at your appointment times.

Just have patience, and they will unload you. Respect their time, and they will respect yours too. Just turn in your paperwork to Curtis and wait for your turn, Patiently. Upon your turn back up to dock #1 and choke the wheels. 2nd dock doesn't work. I agree they are a bit slow, but hey, when you have to unload trailers all day, you will feel like dragging too. Just give them a break. Overall, it's not that bad. I would like to suggest: Need to hire more manpower for unloading, the amount of trucks that come in daily for delivery, too much work for one person.

Their products are cheap and don’t hold up and their customer service is even worse. I had windows installed just to find out they didn’t meet energy star for a tax credit . Nowhere on there does it say that they don’t qualify. When I called in to get some help, I was basically told to kick rocks. The lady even threatened to hang up on me. Don’t buy Jeld-Wen windows. Come to find out they don’t even sell windows That qualify for the tax credit. Bait and switch.
