I had the pleasure and joy of working with Dave Sheilds and his team - Oman and Manni! What an incredible team - Dave the leader of the Project, is an incredibly warm, friendly, knowledgeable organized and professional guy!! He came home personally to measure and promptly sent us a quote the same day and work commenced within 10 days of the contract. We were given call a day before walking us through what we should expect and prepare for the installation . The three days Oman and Manni were at work, was a sweltering 100 degrees and the guys barely took a break for lunch! I was amazed to see Dave also stopped by at the end of the first day to see how the work had progressed and answer any questions or concerns we may have! Their craftsmanship is par excellent and nothing short of perfection ! They always cleaned up at the end of the day and also helped us reinstall the blinders which they weren't required to do! Lastly, the dollar value we pay these guys is worth every dime as they support a lot of non profits from the proceeds! So in the era of capitalism- where most businesses find ways to take - they find an incredible way to give back- making them and us look rich!!! They have found a loyal customer in me! We need more such businesses who celebrate their customers !!

We LOVE our new windows and doors! Such a nice experience from start to finish, and the Cal Coast team helped us get exactly what we wanted. The install team was kind, efficient, communicative, trustworthy, and kept the work site cleaned up every day. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had Cal Coast replace all of our windows and doors. We worked with Rob and he gave us options and all of the information needed to make the right decision. We ended up going with new construction replacement rather than retrofitting windows and we’ve noticed a significant improvement in sound and temperature insulation. Rob had the experience to answer all of our questions that the reps from other companies didn’t. Their installation crew is great and the support team was super helpful.
