I connected with Dave after my windshield took a stray lock on a Saturday afternoon two days before starting a brand new job, and I was so stressed. He put my mind at ease immediately, and he told me when the warehouses up Monday, he could replace it for me and he would deal with all of the insurance stuff for me if I simply sent him my insurance card. I was 150 miles from home and he told me not to worry about the cracks spreading, that it would hold up just fine after I showed him the damage. He sent a tech out to the hotel my car was at while I was away at a new hire orientation. I was able to just hand my keys over to the front desk, and take an uber to my training. I got to come home from my first day at a new job to a brand new windshield and the work they did was phenomenal. He made a point to get me original jeep glass instead of after market. They recalibrated everything. My car is like it was when I drove it off the lot. Very Smooth Auto Glass bailed me out of a stressful situation and I can’t thank them enough. I will be sending everyone I know in the area to him and I know they will be in great hands. I am fortunate that my frantic calling on a Sunday morning led me to Dave. I am forever grateful. His customer service is top notch. I can’t recommend them enough, truly.
