Lakeport Glass & Door

I got quoted $275 for a small window repair and to replace the screen. He came and fixed the glass but then hands me a piece of screen and said "not doing it" with a smug grin. I said how much extra for the rescreening and he refused and then rushed me to give him the money saying "come on, come on" while I was trying to do math. I would stay away unless you want scammed with a half ass job. Caulking was sloppy. I regret not doing more research.

Mark used to be the owner of Lakeport Glass ... his son Scott (Scotty) is now the owner and is no where near as professional / kind / knowledgeable ... I had an appointment set in writing with a verbal quote the day before our scheduled inspection at the job site ... Scott was 45 minutes late for the appointment then tried to change his quoted price with no explanation and he wanted to be paid before the job was ordered or even completed ... thanks but no thanks !!! I wish that Mark was still the owner - he was a great small business owner in a small town ...

Scotty was amazing thank you so much for the new beautiful door I highly recommend you guys and lake port glass and doors to everyone very professional and a amazing company they did there job in a timely manner thank you again scotty
