Tint Master

Unfortunately we cannot recommend this shop. We first took a Volvo SUV here to have a chip in the windshield fixed. He was honest and said due to the size the fill woudln't be perfect but he could do it which we appreciated. He also was willing to bill our insurance when he normally takes cash. After this we brought our daughters older mustang here to be tinted. We didn't look too closely once it was done and she never mentioned anything so we assumed all was good. Recently we brought a brand new Tesla model Y to have a badge removed. When we were dropping it off, my husband asked if he had time to do the front two windows and windshield. He was able to do it which at the time we appreciated and now regret. Upon picking it up the passenger visor was down which I thought was odd. I immediately noticed a tear/bubbling near the roof kind of under the visor. Once home I sent a picture asking if it would go away. He said soap must've gotten in and he would need to remove and replace. I knew I couldn't go back in til next week and figured I would reach out then. A few days later I rolled down the driver side window and noticed chipping along the edge of my window. When I asked about it he said he would look at it but Tesla glass is known for defects.... After speaking with my husband, I told him we didn't want to have him do further work to the car and asked for a refund for the windshield and damage to the window. He said he would refund the windshield but that was it. Even after checking my daughters car and seeing she has similar chips on the driver side window of her car as well. What are the odds. A few days later I was cleaning the windshield and noticed a cut in what I am hoping is just the tint and not my actual window and bubbling/imperfections near the rearview mirror. I stopped by a few times for the refund but he wasn't there. I asked if he could process remotely and he said he would try. No refund :( Learn from my mistake and do not get tint here. Badge removal and chip repair seemed to be ok....

Nice, quick, friendly, family business. They are very professional and i had a good experience. Give these folks a chance and keep it family oriented and skip the corporate guys. They offer life time warranty on the tint if anything happens on their work only nothing that you do to damage tint is covered. I believe they offer other services like car detail, headlight restoration and so forth. Anyway good experience for me overall.

Tint Master absolutely did an amazing job!! I absolutely love how my Beetle came out! They helped me decide which Tint to go with and what would look best on my car. I would definitely recommend them all day!
