It was 95 degrees the day NorCal cleaned my roof. Those guys got up there and worked their tails off and no complaints, very professional! They do amazing work and it looked great when they finished the job! I would recommend this company to anyone, this being my second time.

We have a complicated roof with many different levels and sections. Moss & staining was rampant especially on the north sides. We called Nor-Cal Maintenance and set-up an onsite meeting with David. He came out on time, and we had a good conversation regarding the work needing to get completed. David listened to my needs and concerns, was truly understanding and projected a confidence in his crew to make the roof new again. After receiving the proposal and agreeing to the cost, a start date was given. The 2 - man crew arrived on time of the date agreed to. Went to work and after the first day, it was obvious that all expectations were exceeded. The crew, Jose' and Marcelino finished the project at the end of the second day. They were professional, courteous and detail oriented. They did an incredible job cleaning the roof, applying the chemicals safely, cleaning the gutters, skylights and solar panels. Most importantly, was how they did an outstanding job of cleaning up around the house of their created debris...spotless! Totally recommend Nor-Cal Maintenance for all your roof cleaning needs, especially now with all the harassment from the home insurance agencies.

Dave is responsive to all questions and communications. Talan is professional with an eye to perfection. Marcilino provided excellent workmanship to the gutters— with a critical eye he examined all gutters for leaks and repaired them. Thank you so much! Excellent company to work with.
