Rayco Door and Window

Scott and Mark arrived on time and were easy-going and professional. Work was done efficiently but I noticed attention to detail with preparation and installation also. Price was competitive and Rayco was flexible with scheduling. I'm happy.

I’ve contacted this company via their website three times and gotten automated responses all three times. The first time, they said they were too busy to take new business. The second time the automated response said they couldn’t take any new business for at least four months. I waited about six or nine months and then the automated response advised to send detail measurements and pictures of what was needed along with contact information. I emailed very detailed specifications of what I needed with pictures as requested. I’ve never received a response. Since they update their automated response periodically, I’m assuming they don’t need the business but it would have been nice to get a response because I spent a lot of time on the measurements and pictures.

Old fashioned personal service and top quality products. Got all our windows and doors from them for our addition. They took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I got what I needed.
