Pella Windows and Doors Showroom of Hayward, CA

We replaced all of the windows and a slider in our house. The entire Pella team was amazing. Seth Bailey did a great job explaining our options and worked through a complicated series of changes and additions to our order until we were satisfied with the choices and the price. He encouraged us to visit a showroom, which we did, and we were able to put our hands on the various types of windows, screens and blinds, which helped us make our final decisions. While the manufacture of the windows took a bit longer than we had hoped, the office team kept us fully informed throughout the process. Same regarding the necessary County permits to do the work.The installation team was fantastic, led by Alfanso and his crew. They were kind, respectful, efficient and clean. Their attention to detail was incredible, both inside and out. Alberto spent a day with his crew on our 4 panel sliding door to make sure it was assembled correctly, level and worked smoothly despite the uneven floor and special interior wood trim. The crew was able to save the expensive wood trim on the interior, worked around it when possible, and removed and returned it when necessary. Same with our existing living room shutters. Wilson and Nigel were on site during much of the installation to make sure everything was addressed and that the work was done to the highest level of quality. Following installation, Wilson and Nigel spent several hours checking every part of the installation and, where an issue was identified, no matter how small, they either corrected it on the spot or arranged for a service tech to come out and make the adjustments. The windows themselves are magnificent and we are thrilled that we chose Pella to do the work. The installation and customer service were outstanding and, quite frankly, beyond our expectations. I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend Pella.

I love my windows. I had to 2 sections with a picture window in the center and casements on both sides for a total of 6. Clearly way better quality than the plastic/vinyl milgard windows we had that we couldn’t even see through after about 5 years after getting them installed. Mike was top shelf and a straight shooter when providing our options. Big upgrade from what we had with those horrible looking white plastic windows. I noticed the spacer between the double pane is one strip for a solid seal so air and moisture doesn’t get in between the glass and create that annoying condensation that you just can’t clean. Buy once, cry once. Makes the house look ten times better for way longer when you buy quality and not the standard cheap windows. The install was quick and professional and guaranteed if anything goes wrong. Highly recommended!

I replaced my 30 y.o. Pella Double Sliding door with blinds between the glass with an updated version two weeks ago. Nigel & Wilson's team finished the installation in one day as was scheduled. The team of 4 installers removed the old door and half circle window above the door expeditiously. They quickly determined the best way to get the "massive" and heavy new door onto my 2nd story deck. Then they proceeded to set the new door in place and worked with my home alarm technician to preserve the alarm wire for reinstallation. The installers were diligent in fitting the door into the original existing opening. Debra, the in-office coordinator, and Seth, the sales representative for our project, were very responsive in answering all my questions before the installation date. Nigel and Wilson, the leads on the installation process, were quick to respond to my concerns and performed minor adjustments in a timely manner after the door and window were installed. Behind the smooth and seamless process starting with our first meeting with a Pella sales representative from the Pella Windows and Doors store in Hayward, CA is Aileen who coordinated our project from start to finish. Pella in Hayward provided me with a quality door and window and a pleasant experience, I recommend them for door and window projects.
