I agree that there are a ton of employees just hanging out and not eager to help. But I asked Frank for help and he was more than willing to help. He helped me take several bags of mulch to my car since I had a faulty cart and my two year old with me. He was not at all inconvenienced by helping me.They need more Franks in this store.
