I was expecting a call from them about a window screen, didn't get a call back. Then I called them and they said they never heard of me. Then I gave my info all over again. They sent someone out the following week (David). He told me he'd call me back with a quote and that never called back. Not him, not the company, like never actually called me back with a quote or anything. How are they still running. This is insane!

Zero communication. Zero follow up. Waited 10 days for someone to check out my shower door hinge that they originally installed. 10 days later, still waiting for a phone call to make repair appt. Ive called and they say they will call back and do not. They obviously do not need the business.

Friendly front desk clerk but issues With communication and no show, was scheduled for a service call to measure broken window, service fee 100+ doll not including glass and labor, was told not sure if he would make it out that day they will need to see how that day goes, UNDERSTANDABLE AND OK WITH, so called morning of appt she said she will check with them because they had my paper work and would call me back, I said yes please do I left my husband at this rental property and didn't want him waiting there all day if they weren't coming out, never called me back, tried multiple times to call no answer, husband waited all day in a empty house! 5 days go by and no calls of any kind, called another company Kings glass and they came out without any service fee, that same day Hanford glass called , by that time I already had another company out and saved on a 100+ Service fee. Communication is key!!!
