Axiom 360 just finished our solar project and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the communication, professionalism, and follow-through were exactly what you hope for when tackling a project of this scale. A big part of that success was our project manager, Justin Miner. Justin navigated a surprisingly complex and tedious permitting process with persistence and skill. He kept us informed through each hurdle, owned the details, and pushed the project forward when others may have stalled. That level of ownership and problem-solving made a massive difference. Equally important was Sean Natalo, who walked the crew at Tempelton Electric through the build itself. He followed up and made certain everything was right. Having someone who could bridge the gap between design, execution, and field coordination ensured everything went smoothly and efficiently. Between Justin, Sean, and the broader Axiom 360 team, we felt like the project was in the hands of people who not only knew what they were doing, but actually cared about getting it right. Since engaging Axiom 360 to upgrade my home solar system with Franklin aPower batteries & an aGate Smart control, in 2024, I have been delighted with every aspect of the services they have provided. From my initial contact, through design & installation, every aspect of the project was executed with impressive professionalism. All of the Axiom 360 personnel were respectful & friendly while completing their assigned tasks promptly & effectively. My most recent contact with Sean & Roman involved investigation of unusual allocation of incoming solar power between the house batteries & export to the grid. When I contacted Axiom 360 via text regarding my concerns, Sean responded within minutes & promptly scheduled technician Roman to conduct a service call to investigate & correct the issue. Roman arrived as scheduled, reviewed the issue, checked the system & fixed the problem within minutes of arrival with help from assistance from Franklin Technical Support. As with all Axiom 360 personnel, Roman was friendly, polite & respectful as he went about his work. In short order a temporary software patch was installed, remotely, by Franklin, in advance of an upcoming system software update scheduled for later this year. In this age of frequently ineffective robotic customer-support it is a genuine pleasure to deal with Axiom 360. Real people like Sean & Roman, listen, take concerns seriously & take corrective action promptly. I recommend Axiom 360 frequently!

I usually read a lot of reviews but don’t write many. My experience with Axiom360 exceeded expectations so much I felt the need to write here. We got bids from multiple companies when we decided to expand our home solar, and Axiom360 was competitively priced, quality, and fast. Time from contract signing to PTO was about 6 weeks which was huge for me. They checked in with me frequently to know what to expect and what next steps were etc. Pleasure working with Justin, Clay, and the crew. Definitely will look to them for future solar/roofing needs.
