I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Glen Garner and Northwest Exteriors! From the very beginning, Glen was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. What impressed me most was his integrity—he never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and honestly. In fact, I received a lower quote from another company, but I chose Northwest Exteriors because of Glen. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine commitment to doing what was best for me gave me complete confidence that I was making the right decision. That level of trust is worth so much. This review is for the installation of nine Anlin windows. After having been thoroughly impressed with the two sliding glass doors that we had installed by Northwest Exteriors last year, we decided to upgrade some of our thirty-year-old windows to the DelMar with Sunshield windows this year. In all honesty, they seemed a little pricey at first, but we are convinced that you really do get what you pay for. One of our concerns whenever we have work done in our home, besides the quality of the product, is the removal and replacement of the new products. I’m happy to say that once again, the installers did a flawless job in the installation. They were quick and efficient, prepped the rooms to avoid any debris, and did a thorough job of cleaning up after the job was complete. Jason, the lead installer, even went above and beyond and adjusted the screen door that had been knocked ajar by an enthusiastic seven-year-old grandson. These windows not only look spectacular but really do block out the unwanted sunlight. We are happy to recommend Northwest Exteriors Fresno to our friends and neighbors.

A refreshing experience from the first telephone call to sales person, production manager, office personnel and installers. I had contacted two other companies prior to contacting NW Exteriors. Though NW was a little more expensive the difference in the professionalism and follow through was worth it. I had a particular window from a manufacturer in mind the other companies said was not available but NW made it happen, and better that anticipated. I will not hesitate to work with this company again.
