Have used their services for a new window screen and a shower door. The window screen I had to bring back once because it didn’t fit correctly but they got it right the second time. The shower door I am very happy with and the whole process was easy from estimate to install. They recommended a slightly different type than I had imagined and I’m happy I went with their professional suggestion.

The owner came out to give me an estimate on glass for my family room windows that need to be replaced. They are foggy due to the seal and age of home. That said he said to me that windows are like being pregnant the longer the pregnancy lasts the uglier they look. I am shocked he said that. He did not have a business card when I asked. I asked when I can get a quote he said maybe today or tomorrow. He left no paperwork, one would think he would write the quote when at my home. Never the less this company and owner is crazy.

Very rude, acted like I didn't know what I was talking about....never called me to tell me my screens were ready, I had to call. Then when the screens were too small(which I admitted was my fault) he said he would give a discount for a new set but wouldn't give a refund or offer to fix the ones I already had and the clips and springs which were ALSO on the WRONG sides. Will never go there again!
