Worst Company, DO NOT USE THEM! We had 2 moving glass wall systems installed by Forrest Windows a few years ago. Back in Feb one of the interior panels randomly shattered. On our signed agreement it states "lifetime warranty" hand written by Shelby. I contact them and for a month, there was nothing but empty promises. Even got the old owner involved and he ordered the panel, but Shawn cancelled the order. They are refusing to stand behind their warranty and won't return calls. I looked them up on the CA Contractors Lic Board and they have been operating under an expired lic since Jan of 2026!!! I wouldn't call this company if it was the last window company in the state.

We could not be happier with our new doors from Forrest.Well technically we did a upgraded sliding door and a moveable wall. They were about the only people who were willing to work on a existing home. Shawn was really easy to work with and listened to all our wants and concerns. Our doors took a little longer than expected to come in which is the case with everything anymore but they were completely worth the wait. They were exactly what we wanted and completely changed the flow of our home. Kris their recommended contractor was on time, communicative, and punctual. Our Install was quoted as 5 days and took 7 due to a few unforeseen issues. I think that was a huge win to completely change our home and honestly we expected the extra days because it’s contstuction. Do not wait on Installing a moveable wall or upgrading your doors with Forrest.

We had the glass for 17 windows replaced in our house as that was more economical than doing a new construction install. The result was absolutely amazing, the windows look beautiful, and we could tell an immediate difference from our old window glass. Mike and Jim did the installation. They were a joy to work with. They were very courteous, sensitive to our needs and desires, and did the installation in a very short period of time. They are very skilled at what they do. I would highly recommend this company for all of your window needs.
