I had a problem with my garage door not opening when I pressed any of the remotes. I have two that came with the opener and the one I had programmed into my car. The wall mounted switch always opened and shut the garage door so the motor unit wasn't the problem. If I moved around to different places in my driveway I could get it to work, sometimes, after pushing the remote button 20+ times. Nothing I tried to solve this problem worked and the internet didn't help. Finally, beyond frustrated a friend who has rental and has used Eureka Overhead Door Co many times told me to call them. I did, they quickly set up a convenient appointment and a day or two later the technician arrived on time. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly he listened to my explanation of the problem and set about checking a number of things potentially interfering with receiving signals from the remotes. With 10 minutes he had identified and fixed the problem and also reprogrammed the remotes. I can't say enough about how well I was treated, how competent everybody at Eureka Overhead Door company is...from the friendly woman answering the phone to the professional technician who solved the problem. Rare to find a company with kind of customer service any more. I hope I don't have any more problems with my garage door door opener...but if I do I WILL be calling Eureka Overhead Door Co.
