We have hired Jason to do quite a few projects so far starting with a dog wash station to replace the utility sink in the laundry room. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! Such attention to details too- We then had Jason design us a loft for our daughter’s room. He came up with the PERFECT design that’s safe and can hold a ton of weight. He even made her a desk and integrated lighting. He then designed a custom record bar in our dining room with matching tables- will post pictures soon! Currently, he is remodeling our kitchen and can’t wait to see what he does next! We just love how he turned our ideas into a reality- thank you JASON!!!!!!!

We highly recommend Jason Schultz Construction. Our project consisted of remodeling all of our living areas as noted: Entry to house, living room, dining room, family room, kitchen plus converting a breakfast room into a pantry and half bath. Several walls were removed to create an open house floor plan. A number of other things were changed during this process such as bringing all floors to the same height as the living room was a step down or sunken floor. With wall removals load weight issues were cared for. The kitchen originally had a lowered ceiling, and a new vaulted ceiling was created for it. Everything such as structural issues, supports, wall and sheet rock removal, insulation along with new sheetrock, tape and texture, plus new wiring, plumbing, and floor removal throughout said areas. There were numerous other items (which is typical when a 48 year old house is remodeled) resolved by means of Jason’s expertise. Jason also has a keen eye for design. Whenever we had a problem with a design element, we always deferred to him and it worked out perfectly. Throughout this entire project which took a little more than 5 months, Jason maintained a superb attitude, easygoing personality and willingness to tackle obstacles head on and come up with a good solution.

We recently hired Schultz Construction to rebuild a large back deck. The process was very professional and Jason and his team are very easy to work with. They have a proactive problem solving approach which we appreciated. They communicated well and were flexible and reliable throughout the entire build. We are very happy with the completed project and would gladly work with them again.
