3rd Generation Building and Design

The owners of 3rd Generation Building and Design did an amazing job with our master bath remodel. The bathroom was original with the house, 25 years old. The remodel was a complete redo of the bathroom, floors, tub, shower, vanity, lighting, fans, new hardware, new plumbing and electrical. Their craftsmanship was outstanding, showing great attention to details and 'doing it right'. They were courteous, always on time, never missed a day and were on schedule and on budget. This company is run by true professionals with the sole goal of making sure you are happy with the end results. I would highly recommend them as they are hands down the best contractor we have ever used for our home remodeling work.

I’ve known Andrew for over 20 years. First job he did for my client was the Lamborghini showroom floor in Los Gatos. He did such a perfect job that the Lamborghini corporation were stunt with the perfect alignment and perfect grout joint of the Lamborghini tiles he installed.
