Good Construction

Good Construction is better than good. I have used them twice for home repair and restoration projects. Their workmanship has been exceptional, and the price has been more than reasonable. Everything undertaken was well explained and carried out as promised in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier and will use them again any time the need may arise.

Dusty is the last contractor I’ll ever work with. I more or less came to him with an impossible ask, to do a series of renovations on a 70 year old house in a 15 day window between the close of escrow and the move-in date. He helped us out with ironing out our ideas, was clear with us on what is possible and what isn’t, and how we should best budget our time and our cash to see the biggest return with all the updates we wanted to make, and when it came to it, his team executed everything better than we had even imagined. He’s personable, honest, transparent, and very professional- provided us with regular reports including photos, hours logged, and progress made across his team and all of the subs he used. 11/10 would recommend and he will be the only contractor I call for as long as he’s in the business.

We have used Good Construction twice on big projects- very methodical and concerned with getting the job done correctly and thoroughly. But they get the highest ranking for their communication skills- listening to needs and explaining the process. To us, that is the top of the list when seeking construction assistance.
