We were in a pinch, we have a house ready to go on the market with two horrible old 1967 windows in the front, Covered with old tinting film we had attempted to remove. The real part of this review is how Jay and the staff at Equity jumped through hoops for two dual pane windows. We were getting outrageous quotes and lead times of 8 weeks. We need to get the house on the market and sold before the holidays. 16 days. From deposit for special order to installation, Yes 16 days. This made this house turn from frumpy to “Hey this is a nice little house” The install crew was professionally on time for our appointment and did in in a matter of a couple hours. I cannot say enough about the service they provided to us. A two window sale was treated like it was a 10 window sale. We are regular homeowners setting out on retirement.
