Pro Door Window & Moulding

04-2024 EDIT: Recently had a small project where my contractor/ family member went with ProDoor because they beat both lead times and cost (not by much but every bit helps). This time we had no issues, nothing was damaged from the door and window package, and everything arrived as promised. Will be doing business with them again. Bumping my review up—happy to support local family run businesses. Their prices are fair, and lead times are decent. I got a damaged door from them which they did not mention was damaged when they called to inform me that its ready for pickup and apparently no one seen it was damaged even when loading into the vehicle? Knock a star off for that. That said, after personally looking into this, the door came damaged from EL & EL Wood Products and they (EL) decided not to take any responsibility and was simply blaming Pro Door for releasing it to me like this. Pro Door did offer to try and repair it or wait an additional month for replacement. Make sure you research EL & EL Products before you go here as molding, doors, hardware, and other wood based products all seem to come from EL & EL. Note the owner who handles most orders has a stern pokerface expression with a flat tone of voice so just be ready for that—I misunderstood a few things because it seemed he was affront when I was talking to him about the damages.

Recently had the pleasure of working with Pro Door for my window and door replacements, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Their customer service was exceptional - Julie and Paul were top notch answering all of my questions timely and getting me the best quality product at a very competitive price. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through the entire process with patience and expertise. Highly recommend this co!

Hi! I just wanted everyone to know about a terrible experience we have had with Pro Door Window and Moulding. They came highly recommended but it has been a NIGHTMARE and our custom build severely delayed. Julie is just not following through AT ALL First the windows… never could nail down Julie for a quote: laptop stolen, plans lost etc etc. We moved on and ordered from another company. Then the doors, but same issues again, repeated calls to finish a quote. So deposit paid, measurements confirmed and no doors! Repeatedly called and visited and tried to talk to owner. Julie has excuse after excuse, or is sick or out of town and laptop problems or emails go to “spam”, it’s just so crazy to me. We have done 6 commercial builds and 3 residential remodels and this is by far the worst experience. They were so highly recommended and have excellent reviews so I’m at a loss, we can’t be the only ones going through this?
