I have rental property. One window glass was cracked. I was going to change the whole window. Called couple of places, Mark came and checked, saying he would only replace the glass. He gave me very fair price. Done an excellent job. Very professional and kind person. Highly recommended!

Horrible. Windows are shotty. Plastic was stuck in the frame. Frames were not right. They can't read plans, gave a a $3k french door with the wrong throat size and never responded to me. Save your money. Home Depot is cheaper and better quality. Edit- yes, the door was supposed to be a six inch frame. That is what was discussed at the shop. The quote did not show frame throat size either way. We assumed, and yes wrongly, the the size discussed was the size we would get. And again, no response until now. Obviously the shotty work is the customer burden. Something to consider.

I had gone to this company on a Friday looking for a window trim piece. It was recommended to me by a contractor that completed a job at my home. He stated that I could find the window trim piece I was looking for at Martinelli’s Home Improvements. I arrived about 15 min before closing. As I arrived I noticed that an employee or owner was closing the gate to the entrance of the business. It was apparent he was closing early. I had an example of the piece of the trim I was looking for so I quickly parked and got out of my vehicle to ask the man if they sold the piece. I had it in my mind that if he said yes, I would be coming back the next day to purchase the piece. I drove all the way from West Natomas where I live to Martinelli’s. As I asked the man, he seemed annoyed and over the day. He was short answered and showed no business in helping or recommending a place where I could find what I was looking for. He was very dismissive. He came across as he was not willing to help. I hope in the future he is more willing to help or give recommendations of places to try to customers.
