This is the worse ran business I have ever experienced. They sent a person out for a quote… and three months later and five phone calls, still no quote. Even though promised the last two phone calls. Not only this, but she asserted she sent a reminder confirming the quote appointment, but she wrote the wrong email down and STILL argued she sent it. Obviously I can’t confirm an appointment I did not receive and I already booked it so it’s confirmed! I’m sorry, but a 90 something year old women has no business running a business if she can’t do it properly. Don’t waste your time with them.

Expect sky-high prices, work that is somewhere between adequate and good in quality, endless delays and excuses, and to be treated disrespectfully, insulted, and threatened with illegal billing practices once the job is done.
