I recently had siding installed on my two-story condominium in Santa Barbara and had the pleasure of working with New Era, a highly organized, communicative, and efficient company specializing in Hardie products. Their team of workers arrived punctually every day, exuding friendliness, hard work, and respect for the community members involved in the project. They consistently deliver exceptional work, investing in the latest and safest equipment for siding installation. Their reliability and efficiency are truly commendable. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Angel, Nestor, Chris, and their entire crew. I wholeheartedly recommend New Era for siding work throughout the central coast and inland areas. I’m glad I chose a specialized, certified Hardie siding company over a local general contractor. The general contractors we met with had experience installing Hardie siding but sometimes gave vague descriptions of the installation process and materials they would be using, such as blending other products like PVC plastic trim pieces and different building wraps, and creative installation techniques. In contrast, I felt that New Era siding did a clean, professional installation consistent with the manufacturer’s specifications. They are knowledgeable and stand by their work. Our experience with Nestor Amaya, Angel Amaya and their very skilled siding team was the best. Communication skills were excellent. We received a daily log of work accomplished and next day goals. If we needed to speak to Nestor, or the project manager Angel, they were always available. Their workmen showed each day ready to perform their work. Residing our building from demo, new insulation, repairs, and new Hardie siding and trim completed within 2 weeks. Although they were out of town, it never felt like it. If you are in need of new siding you will not regret hiring them. Very professional company!

We interviewed numerous siding companies and chose New Era Siding due to their overwhelming knowledge of the product we selected and timely responses to questions and quotes. Our project is one day away from being completed and we could not possibly be more thrilled with our choice to replace our 40-year old lap siding to a Hardie shingle siding.
