Amazingly good service from this business. On Sunday, a very large (6'x8') 50-year-old plate glass window in our motel cracked from top to bottom. Our business is in Kernville, CA, a one hundred mile round trip from Bakersfield. On Monday morning, we called Action Glass. Before noon, a guy from Action Glass showed up to inspect, measure,. and stabilize the window. He told us that the crew would be here with a new window on Friday. Indeed, at exactly noon, two guys arrived and did an expert and complicated installation. We've rarely had that good service from anybody, ever. Thank you, Action Glass.

This guy follows me home because I drove around him when he was driving incredibly slow, I maybe should have not passed him but either way he followed me home and pulled a box cutter on me when he realized I wasn’t going to back down (all of this after he took pictures of me and threatened to get me kicked out of the park I live in) I never once touched him or showed any aggression. This man deserves to be fired 100%. Poor reflection on his company. When I called the company they were on it instantly so I’m guessing it’s a bad employee with a good company.

Action glass came to our office to replace custom made double paned glass that was broken by vandalism. The were very responsive in getting to us right away. The estimate was reasonable. They completed the work in a short period of time considering the custom work they had to do. The quality and finish of the work was very professional. They went out of their way to make the repair of a higher quality than the original installation. I am very happy with the professionalism and quality of Action Glass' work.
