started off with great service. called someone out for screen measuring to replace. phone staff was good, guy who came out was professional. then never heard from them again. I've called several times, left messages. no resonse.
John was very wonderful to work with. He came out, gave an estimate, and when he ran into a timeline issue due to parts from a supplier, he kept me in the loop 100% of the time so his communication with customers is excellent top shelf. he’s kind always on time And upfront about everything I highly recommend him for your glass work
This place hooked me up and saved the day!! When I told him the size I needed he said he'd just cut it for me (to my specific size) & give it to me for free! Since it was relatively small! But they still had to cut it! & it wasn't even thAT small... nicest deed ever! Thank you Integrity glass guy!!
