Pinnell's Carpet One sent out Alberto and Alejandro to install glue down plank. I was already impressed when they pulled up the old vinyl and really did a great job prepping the subfloor. Way more thorough prep than I would have expected. Excellent detail with the install, never seemed in a rush. That's why I think the "Big Picture" that is the new flooring really pops. Very happy with the whole experience. Great showroom staff, and great installers.

Great experience from start to finish. Jeff Olsen helped us with picking out laminate flooring samples, he came out and brought samples to us, took measurements, and was the most pleasant salesman I’ve ever met. Pinnell’s pro installers Seann, Matthew and Josh were so efficient and personable. They took care of every detail in getting our flooring perfectly installed. They were so respectful of our home, getting everything cleaned up each day before they left, and carefully moving our furniture back in place once the floor was finished. Our premium laminate floor is so beautiful, I couldn’t be more happy!
