Great customer service! They ordered several replacement parts for my Milgard windows and redid the glass on a broken on. They kept me informed on timing and everything was completed quickly. My fixed window looks perfect.

Super disappointed. I have had great service with Javco before but this time has been totally different. On the first install of my shower doors they cracked my shower tile. Then my shower glass doors were measured wrong so they had to reorder after bringing three guys out to try and make it work. (I get it can totally happen with measurements) but Was told if my glass came in sooner they would call and move sooner. Every time I called regarding my job it’s like they didn’t know what job was mine and confused what job it was. I called for an updated today and the lady who answered the phone was completely rude and was completely annoyed that she had to help me. Super disappointed in customer service all around.

If I could rate Javco 0 stars I would. Based on my experience with them they clearly lack positive customer service skills. I previously had an appointment with David who came to my home and took measurements and said he would be get back to me later that week with a complete quote. Over a month passed and still no word from Javco. I called them and spoke with a young lady that told me David would be giving me a call later on that day. No return call. Today I called and spoke with Kelly. I explained the situation and their lackadaisical approach with customer service. Kelly took immediate personal offense to the conservation. I explained to her my experience with the company has been one way with no follow up information from Javco. At that point she raised her voice, told me there was no info on my appointment with David and he would call me later. I was able to get her name before she hung up before I could continue the conversation and calm her down. It would be nice if an owner could respond to this post, but if their staff is as rude as Kelly was then I should not expect a response.
