APW Window Replacement

Booking with APW was refreshingly easy. I called on a Tuesday, they came Thursday for measurements, and the install happened the following Wednesday. Their office texted reminders which helped me plan my day. The installers put down drop cloths even though they were just doing window swaps. They replaced eight casement windows that had rotting wood frames. The new vinyl units look clean and open much smoother. No upselling or pressure which I appreciated. The warranty information was emailed to me before they left. Good local crew.

Konrad replaced our home’s windows and did an amazing job. He’s extremely knowledgeable, explained options clearly, and his pricing was the best we found. What really stood out was his responsiveness (usually got back to us within 30 minutes!), punctual crew, and clean, careful installation. Excellent work and very fast. Konrad is very straightforward—some people might think he's rude, but the way I see it, he gets the job done. Yuri and the other guy were great. They helped move some furniture, covered the floor, and were respectful of our house. They took all the necessary safety precautions to remove the glazing without injuring themselves. Really professional and fast workers. Konrad recommended a local brand called RICH. At first, I was a bit concerned due to the lack of reviews or information, and the price difference compared to big brands was significant. However, we ended up following his recommendation, and the windows look great—working well with a good finish. We’ll see how they hold up over the next few years. I do wish I had gotten acoustic windows for the ones facing the main street, but overall, so far, so good. Let’s see how they perform in the first winter at the end of this year.
